We are seeking a motivated customer focused Account Representative to join our Dandenong team.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and delivering solutions that add value.

Working within a well established territory you'll be responsible for developing existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities across a diverse customer base.

What you'll be doing

• Growing sales and profitability within an established territory
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
• Understanding customer needs and providing tailored product and service solutions
• Implementing an effective sales call cycle and activity plan
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for growth

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in industrial sales, engineering products, bearings, power transmission, fluid power, industrial consumables, or a related industry
• A proven track record of developing new business and achieving sales targets
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine passion for sales
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• A current driver's licence
