As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we're looking for a dependable Warehouse Store Person to join our team in Dandenong South .

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, full-time role where you'll be at the heart of our warehouse operations, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. You'll work alongside an experienced store person to ensure the smooth flow of components and products—from receiving and storage through to dispatch—while liaising with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams.

Your Responsibilities

General Warehousing:

  • Pick, pack, receive, and dispatch stock accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain accurate stock control and participate in regular stocktakes

  • Safely operate forklifts and use hand/machine tools for packing, minor maintenance, and adjustments

  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised at all times

  • Coordinate with freight providers, suppliers, and internal departments

Customer Service & Inventory Support:

  • Resolve freight or inventory issues promptly to keep operations running smoothly

  • Support internal teams and respond to customer queries with professionalism

Quality & Continuous Improvement:

  • Follow and uphold high standards of warehousing and safety procedures

  • Contribute ideas for process improvements, policy updates, and quality assurance

What You Bring

Essential Licences & Qualifications:

  • Current LF (Forklift Truck) High Risk Work Licence required; LO licence advantageous but not essential

  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence

  • Relevant warehouse qualification or 3+ years' experience in a similar role

  • Any recognised warehouse certificate is preferred to demonstrate foundational knowledge

  • Any relevant trade qualification in logistics or warehousing is advantageous

  • Permanent resident status required for this position

Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with hand and machine tools in a warehouse environment

  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with inventory management systems

  • Basic computer literacy is sufficient for operating standard warehouse systems

  • Basic computer skills are sufficient for operating inventory management systems

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to safety and compliance

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to handle physical tasks

  • Ability to lift and move items up to 20kg as required for warehouse operations

  • Effective communication and organisational skills
