Commercial Leasing & Marketing Agent

About the Role

Tabak Group is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Commercial Leasing & Marketing Agent to support the leasing performance and occupancy outcomes of our growing commercial and industrial property portfolio.

Working closely with and supporting the Operations, Systems & Growth Manager as part of the Leasing Team, this role sits at the intersection of leasing, marketing and tenant relationship management. You will be responsible for driving enquiry, progressing opportunities through the leasing pipeline, coordinating inspections and supporting the end-to-end leasing process — from initial enquiry through to tenant onboarding.

This is an ideal role for a motivated leasing professional who is looking to take on a broader remit — combining hands-on leasing activity with marketing coordination and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Enquiry Management

•     Respond to and manage leasing enquiries across the portfolio in a timely and professional manner

•     Conduct proactive follow-up with prospective tenants to progress opportunities

•     Coordinate and attend property inspections and leasing appointments

•     Maintain and manage the leasing pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and conversion reporting

•     Support lease negotiations and commercial discussions with prospective tenants

•     Assist with the preparation and administration of leasing documentation and offers to lease

•     Coordinate lease renewals and support tenant retention initiatives

•     Assist with tenant onboarding and occupancy processes

Marketing & Vacancy Promotion

•     Coordinate the preparation and placement of vacancy listings across leasing portals and marketing platforms

•     Assist with the development and execution of marketing strategies for available properties

•     Liaise with agents, marketing suppliers and designers to produce leasing collateral and campaigns

•     Maintain accurate and up-to-date vacancy schedules and availability information

•     Support the Operations, Systems & Growth Manager in developing and refining marketing initiatives to drive enquiry

CRM, Administration & Operations Support

•     Maintain accurate CRM and property records, ensuring data integrity across the leasing pipeline

•     Update vacancy schedules, enquiry tracking reports and leasing dashboards

•     Liaise with tenants, contractors and service providers as required

•     Support operational workflows and leasing administration processes

•     Provide reporting and administrative support to the Operations, Systems & Growth Manager

About You

•     Proven experience in commercial or industrial property leasing

•     Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

•     An understanding of marketing principles and experience coordinating property marketing campaigns

•     Excellent communication and relationship management abilities

•     Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously

•     Experience with CRM and property management or leasing software

•     Professional, commercially minded and customer-focused approach

•     Driven team player who excels on closing deals

•     Well-presented and professional in appearance, with a confident and polished manner when representing the business with tenants, prospects and stakeholders
