About the role

We are currently seeking experienced Female Support Workers to assist our client in the Dandenong North area.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience & Reliability: Proven history as a dedicated support worker. Highly dependable and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule.

• Exceptional Communication: The ability to build rapport and clearly communicate with clients and team members

• Flexibility & Availability: Must have flexible availability and be open to potentially traveling to Melbourne and other locations.

Due to the participant's background, only Female Support Workers are required for this position. This is recognised as a genuine discrimination exemption and occupation qualification and is authorised under (Division 1, Section 24 (1) (a), (b) & (2) of the VICTORIA Equal Opportunity Act 2010).

About You
To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek like-minded support workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.

In addition to our values, our support staff require Mandatory Experience and Compliance:

• FEMALE Support Workers Only.

• Experience in supporting Participants with Cerebral Palsy and Autism is required. 

• 12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker, AIN, Aged Care Worker, Nurse, or related field

• Relevant qualification (minimum Certificate III) in Disability or a related industry

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

• Manual Handling Certificate (12 Months Validity) or be willing to obtain- we can provide the training

• Medication Administration Certificate (12 Months Validity) or be willing to obtain- we can provide the training

• Drivers Licence & Comprehensively Insured Car

• Flexible Availability
