What You’ll Be Doing:

 Keep the Business Running (Primary Focus)

• Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations across Oceania

• Provide desktop, network, and systems support across all functions

• Act as the go-to escalation point for IT issues

 Drive Transformation

• Develop and execute a clear IT transformation roadmap

• Lead automation, cloud adoption, and system modernisation

• Identify opportunities to boost efficiency and productivity through technology

 Collaborate Globally

• Partner with US-based Corporate IT on enterprise initiatives

• Deliver global systems and programs locally

• Represent Oceania in international IT projects

 Strengthening Governance & Security

• Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management standards are met

• Protect business systems and data with robust controls and practices

 Lead Projects & Partnerships

• Manage vendors, contracts, and IT investments

• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with impact

 Influence & Engage

• Build strong relationships across the business

• Translate technology into clear business outcomes

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and digital adoption

  What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in IT operations and digital transformation

• Strong technical expertise across:

  • Infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud)

  • Enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, collaboration tools)

  • Cybersecurity

• Ability to balance hands-on support with strategic leadership

• Strong project, vendor, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience of working with global IT teams or environments

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments (desirable)

• Exposure to multi-regional operations (desirable)
