Geek Xpress is looking for an experienced and reliable computer technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, networks, and general IT issues for residential and business customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair desktop computers, laptops, printers, and IT devices

  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, email, and internet issues

  • Install and configure Windows, antivirus, printers, and networks

  • Provide on-site technical support to customers

  • Set up Wi-Fi, routers, and network troubleshooting

  • Assist customers with virus removal, system optimisation, and data backup

  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism during visits

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Computer Technician / IT Support Technician

  • Strong knowledge of Windows PCs, laptops, printers, networking, and troubleshooting

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage onsite jobs

  • Must have own vehicle for travelling to customer locations

  • Must have the legal right to work in Australia

  • Valid driver’s license preferred
