The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, securing contracts, and building strong client relationships across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and industrial sectors

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and tenders

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs

• Attend client meetings, site inspections, and industry events

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery

• Maintain a strong pipeline through CRM and reporting systems

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a BDM or in a sales role (preferably in cleaning, facility services, or construction)

• Strong network and understanding of the commercial property or facilities management sector

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Self-motivated with a hunter mindset

• Valid driver’s license
