About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist who wants to take an active leadership role in developing Mayfield’s Speech Pathology team

You will have the opportunity to:

• Help design and implement innovative speech pathology programs focused on early intervention, measurable outcomes, and value for families

• Develop goal-driven therapy models that focus on achieving real-world improvements for children

• Contribute to preparing Mayfield Health for the future Thriving Kids model, expanding beyond traditional NDIS-only service delivery

• Work collaboratively with our Allied Health Assistants to develop structured programs that allow us to support more children and families while maintaining excellent clinical care

• Mentor and guide the growth of our speech pathology services

• 4 clients per day, allowing appropriate time for travel, clinical planning, administration, reporting, and professional development
