Efficient Pure Plumbing Heating & Cooling is a Melbourne-based company specializing in plumbing, heating, cooling, and air conditioning solutions for residential and commercial customers.
Located in Dandenong South, Victoria, the company provides installation, maintenance, and repair services for heating and cooling systems, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, energy-efficient solutions, and customer satisfaction. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: -Install, maintain, service, and repair commercial and residential air conditioning and refrigeration systems -Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on split systems, ducted systems, refrigeration units, and ventilation equipment
-Conduct routine preventative maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal performance and compliance -Test electrical circuits, components, controls, and refrigerant systems using specialised diagnostic equipment -Install compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, fans, ductwork, piping, and associated equipment
-Recover, vacuum, test, and recharge refrigerant systems using gas and fluid pressure testing methods and vacuum pumps, in accordance with industry regulations and environmental standards. -Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, plans, and specifications for installation and repair works -Ensure all work is completed in accordance with required Standards, WHS requirements, and company procedures
-Identify and recommend system upgrades, repairs, and energy-efficient solutions to clients where required -Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner -Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, and team members regarding job requirements and project updates
-Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in a safe and clean condition -Assist with emergency breakdown services -Work collaboratively with with the team, including providing guidance and on-the-job training
