Monaco Landscapes is seeking an experienced Maintainence Gardener to join our growing team. We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated professional who can independently complete daily garden maintenance runs to a high standard and in quick time.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of gardening experience.

The role involves maintaining premium residential and commercial properties, including mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, weeding, mulching, planting, and general garden maintenance. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing their daily schedule, ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently, and maintaining the high-quality standards Monaco Landscapes is known for.

We are seeking someone with strong horticultural knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work unsupervised. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential. A company car and equipment will be provided.

A valid Australian driver's licence is required for this position.
