Chisholm is seeking an experienced and student-focused Early Childhood Industry Liaison and Student Support Teacher for our Education Programs Business Area.

About The Role
As a Early Childhood Industry Liaison and Student Support Teacher for the Education Programs Business Area, your key responsibilities include:
Develop and deliver tailored induction and placement preparation sessions for Early Childhood Education students.Support students during placements by providing guidance, feedback, and intervention where challenges are identified.Facilitate reflective learning activities and communities of practice to foster resilience and peer support among students on placement.Monitor student progress during placement and assess outcomes based on workplace experience and professional growth.Undertake assessment of student work both theoretical and practical on placement in line with ASQA standards to support student completion Design and produce placement-related resources, including mentor guides, compliance checklists, and reflective practice materials.Operate a placement support hotline, providing immediate guidance and assistance for students and services to resolve issues and prevent attrition and identify and address early signs of student disengagement or placement breakdown through targeted intervention.
About You
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including the ability to research, select and use a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools.
Qualifications Required For The Role
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or qualifications that meet the Standards for RTOs 2025.Vocational qualifications relevant to Early Childhood Education (e.g. Bachelor of Education Early Childhood, Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care)Registration with relevant professional bodies as required for the teaching discipline A record of Vocational Competency, mapped to Units of Competency engaged to deliverA record of Professional Currency, demonstrating current industry and teaching knowledge
