About the Role


As a Quality Control team member, you will be the steward of HBF product and process technology, directly reporting to the site Quality Assurance Manager. Your main objective is to support our Quality Control/Assurance function by upholding the integrity of our products through rigorous testing and quality control measures. This includes resolving issues related to yield, specification discrepancies, and out-of-control production processes using advanced tools like Statistical Process Control Methodology.

Please note this role is a late shift that commences at 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, improve, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for QC and Work Instructions for QC equipment and processes.

  • Maintain Quality documents such as calibration schedules, certificates of analysis and production batch documentation.

  • Test and analyse raw materials, manufactured and purchased goods to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards.

  • Drive process improvements, conduct audits, and be actively involved in quality of production-related processes.

  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues, aiming for best practice outcomes.

  • Conduct quality audits to support continuous improvement within our facilities.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Person who can work later shift start time commencement.

  • Can work unsupervised and still meet all requirements

  • Fluent and clear English verbal and written with excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.

  • A proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with SAP beneficial.
