About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our Project Managers to support the day-to-day delivery of projects from planning through to completion. This is a diverse and fast-paced role that combines project coordination, contractor management, compliance administration, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with tender preparation and supplier/subcontractor pricing

• Coordinating project administration and document control

• Managing contractor compliance, licences, insurances, and inductions

• Preparing and submitting project health and safety documentation

• Coordinating freight, deliveries, and site access requirements

• Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and supporting project reporting

• Assisting with project close-out documentation, warranties, and certifications

• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders

About You

You will be a proactive and organised individual with:

• Experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a similar role

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

• Experience in construction, fit-out, retail, or commercial projects will be highly regarded
