About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our Project Managers to support the day-to-day delivery of projects from planning through to completion. This is a diverse and fast-paced role that combines project coordination, contractor management, compliance administration, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with tender preparation and supplier/subcontractor pricing
Coordinating project administration and document control
Managing contractor compliance, licences, insurances, and inductions
Preparing and submitting project health and safety documentation
Coordinating freight, deliveries, and site access requirements
Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and supporting project reporting
Assisting with project close-out documentation, warranties, and certifications
Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
About You
You will be a proactive and organised individual with:
Experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a similar role
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Experience in construction, fit-out, retail, or commercial projects will be highly regarded
