About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong communication and organisational skills to successfully deliver projects from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects across the full lifecycle, including scoping, planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, delivery, and close-out

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

  • Overseeing project administration, including budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, reporting, OH&S compliance, and project documentation

  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, including systems, processes, and strategic planning

  • Travelling interstate as required to support project delivery

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Extensive experience in high-end shopfitting, including fit-outs, refurbishments, and new builds

  • Strong estimating skills and experience developing scopes of work

  • The ability to support design development and collaborate with project teams

  • Experience coordinating or leading manufacturing or production teams

  • A solid understanding of Australian OH&S and environmental legislation

  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

  • A relevant trade qualification, with further qualifications in Project or Construction Management highly regarded
