Could you be the next Chief of Operations in Dandenong, we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your operational leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking team members.You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and driving the performance of our SRL project and teams. You will be accountable for leading industrial delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule commitments are consistently met, while shaping and executing the broader operational strategy. Working cross-functionally across Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrialisation, Production, and Project Management, you will ensure seamless coordination and execution of all operational activities.

This role will require you to optimise resource allocation, oversee industrial set-up and manufacturing readiness, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, performance, and delivery outcomes.

We'll look to you for:

  • Own the end-to-end operational and industrial delivery, ensuring performance against quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
  • Define and execute operational and industrial strategy, including planning, resource optimisation, and delivery frameworks.
  • Oversee industrial set-up, manufacturing readiness, and capital investment to support successful project execution.
  • Lead cross functional collaboration to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Drive performance improvement through metrics, continuous improvement initiatives, and efficient operational processes.
  • Manage risk, change, and compliance while leading and developing high performing teams to deliver operational excellence.

  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a Manufacturing environment OR a strong understanding of industrial operations, including project management.
  • Strong understanding of process optimization, strategic planning and industrial strategy development.
  • Capacity to lead and develop teams while driving capability and knowledge transfer.
