Job Description

About the position...
The purpose of this position is to lead, manage and foster a supportive work environment with teams over multiple locations. The role will ensure jobseekers, clients and stakeholders receive quality service provision and will work with the Regional Manager to ensure that BUSY At Work exceeds Government key performance indicators and contractual obligations. So, what does an everyday look like?

  • Actively participate as a member of the senior leadership team and leading the implementation of Employment Services, Transition to Work strategies and activities in your region
  • Engage and lead a team
  • Manage the operations of service delivery and performance
  • Ensure the contractual requirements are achieved

This role will be a key player in a Transition to Work program and is full time fixed term until June 2027, based in Dandenong.

Desired Skills and Experience

About you...

  • You will have the ability to lead and manage a team of high performing employment consultants and guide them to achieve optimum results when working with jobseekers. 
  • You will be able to generate new and repeat business through the creation and fostering of relationships and lead the team to deliver performance expectations.  
  • With your proven track record of achieving performance targets (preferably within the Employment Services Sector), you will have exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines. As well as having previous experience in leading high performing teams with the ability to effectively communicate and provide clear direction in the achievement of KPI’s.
  • Problem solving, resilience, a strong business acumen as well as the ability to form strong business relationships will be just some of the attributes that you hold. 
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no outcomes
