About the role
As the Executive Assistant, you will act as a trusted partner to the COO and Director, ensuring their time and priorities are managed effectively while keeping the broader business operations running smoothly. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, offering exposure to compliance, HR coordination, and operational projects. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency across the organisation, supporting key initiatives, and contributing to a well-organised, high-performing workplace.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in an Executive Assistant or Operations Manager, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. It is important to have previous experience within the Facilities Management or related fields sector. You will demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, supported by a high level of attention to detail and a solid understanding of compliance processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business systems is also essential.
