We’re seeking an experienced Service Representative to join our Bristile Roofing team in Victoria. Reporting to the State Contracting Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that jobs are installed as specified by customers, in accordance with legislation and standards and as efficiently as possible as well as grow and maintain labour force numbers to meet demand.

This is a predominantly field-based role, with the successful candidate able to base themselves from either our Dandenong or Wollert Brickworks offices.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Conduct on-site inspections and measures.
• Conduct safety toolbox meetings and safety audits.
• Inspect and report on installation and product warranty claims.
• Investigate customer service requests, resolve where possible.
• Provide technical advice and support to contractors and staff. 
• Supervise completion of all works.
• Attend regular meetings with the manager and team members.
• Allocate works using OSC system and maintain the system with up-to-date supporting evidence and notes.

Success Requirements 

• Red or White industry card.
• Drivers Licence.
• Ability to read and understand building plans.
• Understanding of roof tiling.
• Basic knowledge of the building industry. 
• Advanced customer service skills. 
• Intermediate problem solving skills. 
• Advanced communication skills.  
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
