Technology Support Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Support Coordinator with strong Level 2 troubleshooting expertise to join our team at our Dandenong Head Office.

This role is focused on delivering high-quality technical support where you will take ownership of complex issues, perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution across core systems, endpoints and operational technologies. You will also contribute to continuous improvement and system enhancements across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support, managing complex incidents and service requests end to end
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across systems, devices and applications.
  • Support Microsoft environments including Microsoft 365, Windows, Intune and endpoint management
  • Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated issues
  • Support deployment and lifecycle management of devices and operational technologies
  • Maintain accurate ticketing, documentation and reporting
  • Travel to various depots to provide onsite support as required

About You

We are looking for a confident and capable Level 2 IT professional who brings:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Level 2 support
  • Strong technical capability across Microsoft and Windows environments
  • 'Exposure working in an environment complying to frameworks such as ISO 27001 and ASD Essential 8
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and take ownership of outcomes
  • A current drivers licence and willingness to travel between sites
