An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate leader to join OzChild as a Team Leader for Therapeutic Foster Care Program.
This role is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership within Oz Child’s Therapeutic Foster Care Program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed services to children, young people, their families and carers.
Reporting to the Program Manager Foster Care & Lead Tenant and the Manager Foster Care, you will lead and support a team of Therapeutic Foster Care Practitioners, driving best-practice service delivery and positive outcomes for children and young people in care.
About the Role
The Therapeutic Foster Care Team Leader supports the delivery and performance of the program through the leadership and management of a team of Therapeutic Foster Care Practitioners and will:
