The Role (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Assess and treat MSK conditions across private and compensable clients (WC/TAC).

• Deliver high-quality manual therapy and individualised rehabilitation programmes.

• Complete clear clinical reporting and maintain insurer documentation/compliance.

• Liaise with employers/case managers and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues on return-to-work plans.

• Contribute to clinic growth and service improvements, and supervise/mentor junior clinicians as you move along the leadership pathway.

What We’re Looking For (Senior Profile)

• Bachelor/Master of Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.

• 5+ years’ MSK experience (private practice and/or occupational/compensable).

• Strong manual therapy skills and excellent clinical reasoning.

• Confidence with WorkCover/TAC processes, documentation, and stakeholder liaison.

• Clear communicator, team player, and motivated to develop leadership capability.
