This role will draw on your proven experience to seek out opportunities across your territory in Victoria and South Australia. A confident, driven person with expert communication skills will develop prospective customers and maximise opportunities for our existing customers.
You’ll spend time in the office and on the road in your fully maintained company vehicle, visiting our customers across the two States, including council swimming pools, aquatic centres, builders, engineers, specifiers, private swim schools and accommodation providers. You’ll focus on selling our commercial products, comprising pool cleaner robots, chemicals, covers, heat and accessories, as you build relationships, develop trust and create an exceptional experience for our customers. You’ll also be rewarded with a generous bonus scheme for your efforts. No two days are the same.

Your Experience includes:
Proven self starter, team player who can work with high autonomy and adherence to KPI deliverables.
3 years in a business development or similar role.
Proven history of achieving sales growth through developing rapport with existing and potential customers.
Effective communication, presentation, organizational and time management skills.
Honest, reliable, and credible business approach.
Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Experience using various computer software programs, such as:
Salesforce or similar CRM platform
Priority or similar ERP system
Microsoft Office
Your Deliverables:
Promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
Grow our existing customer base
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
Participate in trade shows and conferences where necessary
Deliver on quarterly budgets
Respond promptly, professionally, and effectively to new and existing customers
Demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers
Provide accurate advice and information on company products and services
Assist with operational activities when necessary e.g., minor repairs on site, equipment deliveries, pool cover installations etc
