About the Role

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing new business opportunities across parcels, pallets, and broader freight services

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing customers

• Growing revenue in line with company cost, budget, and sales targets

• Identifying customer needs and presenting tailored freight solutions

• Managing negotiations, proposals, and account development opportunities

• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service

• Analysing sales data, market trends, and performance metrics

• Preparing reports and maintaining accurate sales administration

• Representing VT Freight Express professionally in the market

About You

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management

• Transport, freight, parcels, or pallet delivery experience

• Strong customer service and client relationship management skills

• A confident, self-motivated, and proactive approach

• Strong administration and reporting capability
