We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team and support our Distribution operations based at our Dandenong South Distribution Centre.

Reporting to the Head of Finance ANZ, you will work closely with operational leaders across Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service and Client Services to provide financial insights and commercial analysis that help drive performance and informed decision-making.

This is a role that combines traditional finance responsibilities with genuine business partnering. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and month-end activities, while also supporting projects, continuous improvement initiatives and the evaluation of new opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partnering with operational leaders to provide financial expertise and commercial insights

  • Completing budgeting, forecasting and month-end processes for the Distribution division

  • Preparing financial models, business cases and scenario analysis

  • Delivering meaningful analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance and reduce costs

  • Monitoring operational performance, costs and key supply chain metrics, providing clear reporting and commentary to stakeholders

  • Collaborating with operational and finance teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Building strong relationships across the business and translating financial information into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders

What you will bring:

You are a proactive and commercially astute finance professional who enjoys understanding how a business operates through strong business partnering. You are naturally curious, analytical and comfortable working closely with operational teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • CA or CPA qualification

  • 5+ years of experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or similar role

  • Previous experience supporting Supply Chain, Warehouse, Distribution or Operations functions

  • Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capabilities

  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyse complex data sets

  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight timeframes

Why join us?

  • Work for a globally recognised company with a strong culture and purpose

  • Be part of a business that values innovation, teamwork and professional development

Some of the benefits we offer:

  • Paid Parental leave + return to work bonus

  • Ongoing Learning and Development

  • A supportive and inclusive company culture that values diversity and fosters growth.

  • Safety and Wellbeing Program

  • Generous staff discounts and company benefits program (great retail discounts, novated leasing, salary sacrifice, wellbeing centre)

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we would love to hear from you. Please apply with your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role.
