We are currently seeking to appoint a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to be a part of our sales and operations team as our business continues to grow.

ABOUT THE POSITION

1. Execute sales strategies for engineered fasteners, custom bolts, and specialty fastening solutions

2. Work with customers in target industries (e.g. mining, infrastructure, heavy engineering, oil & gas) to understand technical needs and deliver solutions

3. Grow revenue through new client acquisition and account expansion

4. Assist in forecasting demand based on project pipelines and industry trends

5. Support processes to set pricing strategies aligned with material costs, manufacturing complexity, and competition.

Training will be implemented to help the right person become a critical team member of this highly robust and innovative operation.

Previous experience within the fastener industry would be considered favourable but not essential.

ABOUT YOU

Essential:

• Ability to read engineering drawings/specifications

• Sales Engineering experience, preferably in a related industry

• Education or trade qualifications in engineering or similar demonstrated technical knowledge

• Pass a police check and a pre-employment medical assessment

• Current drivers licence

Desirable

• Knowledge of:

  • Fastener standards

  • Materials and coatings
