About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Internal Sales / Customer Service team based in Dandenong South.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while supporting the sales process through customer service, order entry and product support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a stable and growing Australian business. You'll work closely with customers, sales representatives, manufacturing and logistics teams to help deliver quality products and solutions across Australia. You will be supported with ongoing training, including exposure to our manufacturing operations, helping you develop a strong understanding of our products and industry.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and showroom visits
Manage a high volume of customer enquiries and orders while ensuring accuracy, responsiveness and exceptional customer service.
Providing product information to customers
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintaining customer records and data entry
Assisting with general administrative and clerical duties
Working closely with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met
Skills & Experience
Previous customer service, internal sales or administration experience preferred
Building industry or manufacturing knowledge is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Professional telephone manner
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Experience using ERP or business management software is advantageous
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to participate in factory training to develop product knowledge
