Twofold Lending is a growing mortgage and finance brokerage based in Dandenong, helping clients across Australia with home loans, refinancing, investment lending, and business finance.

We're looking for a reliable and proactive Admin / Client Support Officer to become a key part of our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys administration, customer service, and working in a fast-paced professional environment.

About the Role

You'll support our mortgage brokers by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering an exceptional client experience from enquiry to settlement.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing client documents and loan application files

• Following up missing information from clients, banks, and solicitors

• Data entry into CRM and lender platforms

• Handling phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling

• Preparing compliance and application paperwork

• Tracking loan progress and updating clients regularly

• General office administration and support

What We're Looking For

✔ Strong written and verbal communication

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in mortgage broking / banking / finance / conveyancing

• Familiarity with ApplyOnline, MyCRM, Mercury Nexus, AOL, or lender portals

• Previous admin or customer service experience

• Ability to speak Pashto and/or Dari (highly regarded)
